Living in Harmony - Sound and Mantra, promises to
raise the vibration of the individual and the
collective with a comprehensive programme of
yoga, meditation, lectures, sacred sound, puja
ceremony and kirtan.
Leading tutors from the fields of Yoga and Sound
Healing will weave into our hearts and minds their
vision of a peaceful and harmonious existence.
Infused with the healing energies of the Gong
soundbath, Tibetan Bowls, Chanting, Mantra and more
this retreat provides an opportunity to work with
the vibrations of divine sound on a personal and
group level.
Hosted by one of Integral Yoga’s senior Swamis,
Swami Sharadananda, whose devotion and clarity of
teaching bring a breath of fresh air and clear
direction as to the unfolding Path of Integral Yoga.
Faciltated by Gong Master Ammaprema Grace, Kirtan
Singer Pujari and the Integral Yoga Tutors,
participants will be able to experience sound as
both an auditory and an internal experience.
This journey into sound and mantra offers the
opportunity to heal, balance and harmonize the self
on all levels. Children are warmly welcome, there is
a kids programme including yoga, sound adventures,
nature walks & childrens Puja.
The retreat is held at Gaunts House, Wimborne in
a beautiful and tranquil location. There is an
excellent vegetarian feast, swimming pool, a
chance to rest and recoup, meet like minded
people, and bathe in the bliss of Yoga.
