About Integral Yoga®

Integral Yoga® is an International Yoga School founded by the great Yoga Master Sri Swami Satchidananda (Gurudev). He was first invited to America in the sixties where he started to share the teachings of Integral Yoga® deeply touching people from all faiths and traditions with the beautiful science of Yoga and his motto: Truth is One, Paths are Many

Integral Yoga® quickly became a light in many peoples hearts. People from different faiths grew in love and understanding for each other as our common goal for Peace was realised in all the diversity that exists. Currently there are over 50 centres and institutes around the globe sharing these teachings with classes in Hatha, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Teacher Training Programmes, and regular courses and seminars.

These programmes continue to benefit and inspire people from all walks of life, particularly the medical world with the emergence of ‘The Dean Ornish Programme for reversing Heart Disease’ and the Michael Lerner Cancer Programme amongst others. The main Centre for Integral Yoga® and our International Headquarters is Satchidananda Ashram, Yogaville USA.
